Imagine a life where you feel “in control” of your eating.  A life where your body feels healthy and your mind feels happy, and you rarely give food a second thought outside of mealtimes. Sometimes you enjoy eating chocolate and foods that you love, but you can do so without overdoing it or feeling guilty afterwards. Other times, you delight in eating delicious tasting food which nourishes your body and mind and gives you the health and energy to live the life that you want. You feel healthy and confident and your weight sorts itself out without the need for rigid meal plans or hours at the gym. You know exactly what food choices to make to manage your medical condition or weight and you are no longer confused by all of the conflicting nutrition information available.

All of this is possible.  You don’t need to struggle with your weight or health issues any longer.  My 20+ years of experience means I can solve even the most complex nutrition problems with my compassionate, gentle and very unique approach.  If you have tried every other weight loss program you can think of and nothing has worked, I’m the person who can help you.


How Sheri’s approach is different

I do what weight loss clinics, slimming clubs and Dr. Google don’t do – I look at your unique situation and your lifestyle, identify why other programs haven’t worked for you and provide solutions to sort the underlying issue once and for all.

If you want someone to look beyond what you are eating and how much you exercise, my assessments also look at:

  • Mindset around food, eating and weight
  • Comfort eating and stress eating
  • Medical conditions (eg. Polycystic ovarian syndrome, thyroid issues, Type 2 diabetes)
  • Medication
  • Hunger, fullness and appetite
  • Food choices and whether you are bored with what you are eating
  • Hydration levels
  • Metabolism and muscle mass
  • Stress, sleep and fun!
  • Special dietary needs (eg. vegetarian)

This approach is perfect for:

  • People who dislike slimming clubs or have found these clubs don’t address issues with comfort eating.

Fees and Packages

2.5 hour “starter package” – £275

includes 75 minute initial assessment + 45 minute follow up appointment + 30 minute follow up appointment + letter to your GP (if desired)


5 hour “lifestyle change package” – £525

includes 75 minute initial assessment + 45 minute follow up appointment + 6 x 30 minute follow up appointments (in person or “virtual” appointments available) + letter to your GP (if desired)


3 day diet analysis + report – £85



What to expect

  • We will chat by telephone prior to your first appointment — this helps make sure I’m the best person to guide you.
  • You will be asked to record everything you eat and drink for 3 days before your appointment — this allows us to spend more time working on an action plan.
  • You may be asked to see your GP for additional blood tests (if necessary) — this helps to rule out other medical reasons for your symptoms.
  • We will develop mix-and-match meal ideas together — this helps guide your food choices using foods you actually like to eat.
  • I will act as your “accountability buddy” — this helps to keep you motivated and on track.

Hi, I’m Sheri, registered dietitian, director of Eat Great Feel Great and unlike any dietitian you have ever met.

I know that there is a wealth of free information available off of the internet….so why would anyone pay to see a dietitian?

My passion is giving highly personalised advice and getting to the root of whatever diet-related or medical issue you may be struggling with. My gentle and compassionate approach and my ability to “think outside the box” means I am able come up with creative solutions even to the most complex nutrition problems.  I’m a very firm believer in “practicing what I preach” which means I will never ask you to do something which I am not prepared to do myself.  I am practical and realistic in my approach and I try out most of my advice before I pass it along to clients.

My credentials and background include:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Canada (1994)
  • Registered Dietitian since 1995
  • Registered with Health and Care Professions Council (UK), British Dietetic Association (UK), Saskatchewan Dietitians Association (Canada) and Commission in Dietetic Registration (USA).
  • 20+ years of experience working as a dietitian
